Questions
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes, a card is required to sign up, but it is not charged until your 30-day trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Cancel any time during the 30 days and your card is never charged.
Can't I just add an AI assistant to the tools I already have?
You can, but it will not get you to 10×. Those tools were designed for people clicking screens, so a bolted-on assistant runs on a human's credentials, sees one tool at a time, and leaves no record of what it did. Netric was rebuilt with agents as a first-class design principle: agents have their own identities, permissions and audit trail when they act as themselves, can never exceed a person's access when they act on that person's behalf, and have full context across chat, work, schedule, knowledge and customers.
Are AI agents extra?
No. Netric AI, custom agents, summaries, and the Call Agent workflow step are all part of the single plan.
Do agents count as users?
No. Agents are team members with names and inboxes, but they are not billed as seats.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Your data stays in your account. We never use it to train AI models, and we never share it with any other account.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. Import contacts, tasks and other records from CSV, and use the API or service accounts for anything more involved.
Is there a discount for annual billing or larger teams?
