AI Agents

Hire an agent. Give it a job. Watch the status meetings disappear.

Netric agents are members of your team. They work in the same tasks, chats, calendars and customers as everyone else, under the same permissions, take real actions, and report back without being asked twice. No third-party AI tools, no integrations to babysit.

AI Agents
AtlasProject Manager · atlas@halcyon.bike

You keep every Halcyon project moving. When a decision is made in chat or a document, turn it into a task with an owner and a due date. Watch dependencies and deadlines, and tell owners early when something is about to slip.

ScoutResearcher · scout@halcyon.bike

You research dealers, competitors and suppliers for the sales team. Look for new stores, pricing changes and product launches. Lead with what changed since last time, and say nothing if nothing did.

RelaySupport triage · relay@halcyon.bike

You triage rider and dealer tickets. Check the contact history, open tasks and recent tickets for the same symptom. If you find a match, link it and suggest a reply in a warm, plain-spoken voice.

QuillContent writer · quill@halcyon.bike

You write for Halcyon: dealer newsletters, launch announcements and help articles. Short sentences, real numbers, no hype. Always pull facts from the latest launch plan and release notes before drafting.

I'll report back Friday

Done. I used your team roster and the Halcyon Trail project. Everything is assigned and on the board, and I'll check back with you Friday.

Create task

With the right project, owner, priority and deadline, shown as a card you can open.

Schedule event

Finds the slot, adds attendees, sets the reminder and respects everyone's local time.

Add reminder

"Remind me Friday to check on this" becomes a real reminder on the record.

Schedule follow-up

The agent books its own return visit and reports back when the time comes.

Roles

Agents with job descriptions.

Create an agent in Settings with a name, a description and a system prompt. It becomes a user of type "agent" with its own email on your domain and its own API keys. Write your own system prompt, or have a workflow call one of the built-in roles.

Project Manager

Turns decisions in chat and docs into tasks, watches dependencies and deadlines, nudges owners, and posts the progress update so nobody has to.

Researcher

Digs into accounts, competitors and suppliers on a schedule and leaves findings on the contact or opportunity. Only reports when something changed.

Coach

Reads the morale pulse and workload, notices overload and silence, and suggests the check-in before it becomes a resignation.

General

The all-rounder behind Netric AI. Summarizes, drafts, plans, schedules and answers questions about anything in your account.

Capabilities

More than a chat window.

Agents work across every part of Netric, and beyond it when you want them to.

Research the web

The Researcher searches the web, reads the pages it finds, weighs its sources and comes back with a conclusion instead of a pile of links.

Their own inbox

Give an agent a mailbox on your domain and it answers inbound email on its own, in the voice and with the instructions you gave it.

Mention them anywhere

@mention an agent in a chat room or in the comments on any record, and it replies right there with the context of the conversation or the record.

Summarize anything

One-click summaries with action items on any record, and chat that threads itself by topic and summarizes each thread when the conversation moves on.

Remote agents

Run agents on your own machines, like a coding agent that picks up the tasks it owns, connected securely to Netric with no inbound ports to open.

Ask another expert

Netric can switch roles mid-conversation, and any agent can consult another, so the project manager can ask the researcher before it answers you.

Safe by design

Agents follow the same rules as your people.

Netric agents work in two modes, and both are governed by the same permission system as your people. An agent acting as itself has its own identity, permissions, group memberships and audit trail. An agent acting on behalf of a person can only do what that person could already do, so automation can never be used to reach a tool or a record someone is not allowed to see. That is not a limit on what agents can do. It is what makes them safe to give to everyone.

Local agents The keys to someone's laptop

  • Sees every file, browser session and saved password on the machine it runs on.
  • Installed one employee at a time, with nothing for IT to approve or audit.
  • Company data leaves through whatever that person's agent decides to send.

Powerful for one person, and a privacy quagmire for the company that employs them.

Bolted-on agents A bot in a legacy tool

  • Connects through a third-party integration using a real person's credentials and full access.
  • Sees only the one tool it is plugged into, never the task, the customer and the thread together.
  • Changes records without leaving a trace the team can review inside the tool.

Legacy tools were designed for people clicking screens, not for agents acting on their behalf.

Netric agents A seat on the team

  • Acting as itself, an agent is a user with its own identity, permissions, groups and logged activity.
  • Acting for a person, it inherits exactly that person's access and nothing more. It can never be used to get around permissions.
  • Access keys you can revoke in one click. Agents run inside Netric by default, and remote agents are your choice, governed by the same permissions.

The same agentic power, given to everyone on your team, safely and under your control.

Agents in workflows

Put an agent in the loop of any process.

Workflows trigger on create, update, delete, daily or weekly. Add a Call Agent step with instructions, pick a custom agent or a built-in role, and choose where the result goes: activity on the record, a chat message, an email or a note.

  • Chain it with Check Condition, Wait, Assign, Update Field, Send Email, WebHook, Create Reminder and Request Approval.
  • Quiet by default. Deliver only when the agent reports findings, with a subject line you control.
  • Build it by talking. Ask the Netric agent in a DM for a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly automation. It asks where to deliver, whether it is private or shared, then creates the workflow and links it.

Summaries everywhere

Read the decision, not the scrollback.

Chat rooms are grouped into threads by topic, each with an AI summary in the Threads drawer. Email conversations get a one-click summary above the first message. Any record can carry an agent summary, and "Ask a follow-up question" drops you into Netric AI with that context already loaded.

  • Chat threads with subject, message count, last activity and the first line of the summary.
  • Email threads summarized, re-summarized, and turned into tasks.
  • Support tickets triaged with links to known issues and a drafted reply for a human to send.

Re: Nordic Cycles pricing proposal

Summary

Ingrid accepts the 3-tier structure but wants tier 2 to start at 60 units instead of 80. She needs a signed quote by Friday to hit their Q4 purchase window. Sam proposed a call Thursday 15:00 CET.

Sam, the three tiers work for us. Could tier 2 start at 60 units? With that we can commit to 120 for the launch order. We need the signed quote by Friday.

Attached is the proposal with the tiers we discussed. Happy to walk through it Thursday at 15:00 your time.
